Here's a short video of my Bosch Universal mixer kneading 4 cups of flour into bread dough. I love this machine because it works so well. It handles up to 10 cups of flour effortlessly. The machine itself only weighs about 11 pounds so most anyone can easily pick it up and put it away. It does a much more thorough job kneading dough than a regular KitchenAid or Kenwood type mixer with planetary action. It's so thorough that only one kneading is necessary.
